Service Description

Bliss Service

  • We offer complete and all service on the brands we retail.  +
  • We only work on the brands we sell Click here for a list.
  • We do not off service work on brands not sold by Bliss.
  • We have this policy for you our customer.  If we worked on all of the mass merchant brands we would be 4-6 months behind in our service dept.
  • We feel it is better to lose some repair business to better serve you our customer base.
  • If you are a loyal customer that has a mass merchant brand we apologize. However we will not be able to repair the product.  We hope you read our above policies and understand. 
  • Our posted labor rate is $ 95.00an hour.  We do most jobs on flat rate!
  • We reserve the right to turn away any repairs at our discretion.
  • In regards to Engines we work on brand we sell in items we sell.
  • All safety features and systems must be working when repair is complete. If a safety item repair is not approved we will not finish repair. 
  • All items for estimate will be disassembled as needed to provide a complete estimate.  If estimate is declined your unit will be returned in condition it is in. IE torn down.  We will return all parts with the exception of gaskets etc.


Warranty Repairs


  • While the manufacturer may warrant the goods sold to the customer, Bliss Power Lawn Equip Co makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to such goods.
  • We perform warranty at the discretion of the product manufacturer. We do what they direct us to do.  If something is in dispute it should be taken up with the product manufacturer.
  • We reserve the right to turn warranty repairs away at our discretion.
